The AIChE Foundation's signature event, Leadership Workshop for Rising Star Women Engineers drew nearly 250 women from both industry and academia. The Rising Star Leadership Workshop for high performing women engineers is a program for early to mid-career women utilizing best practices and leading research on gender to advance professional goals.
