The Future of STEM Scholars Initiative: FOSSI
FOSSI is a national college program dedicated to increasing the number of qualified professionals in the chemical industry workforce by awarding $40,000 scholarships to students pursuing preferred STEM degrees at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). FOSSI selection recognizes and rewards demonstrated achievement, talent, work ethic. In addition to receiving a scholarship, each student has access to internships, is enrolled in leadership development activities and connected to a mentor at participating companies.
