However, there are technical aspects you may not understand because they typically aren鈥檛 covered in undergraduate curriculums. In addition, you鈥檒l have the confidence to qualitatively estimate the capacity of a reservoir for CO2 storage and anticipate side reactions that can cause process disruptions.

- The acid-base reactions between CO2 and absorbing chemicals
- The impact of T/P conditions and composition on the extent of CO2 absorption and stripping
- The different CO2 phases and what exits as temperature, pressure and compositions change
