MICHAEL DeLETTER is a process technology engineer at the Lubrizol Corporation (Email: michael.deletter@lubrizol.com). DeLetter began his career with a BS in chemical engineering from the Univ. of Louisville (2021) and an MS in chemical engineering from Cleveland State Univ. (2024). After three co-op terms at Lubrizol, DeLetter began work full-time in the Process Technology Division in July 2021. In his full-time work, DeLetter鈥檚 core accountabilities involve scale-up of new processes aided by Lubrizol鈥檚 Sustainability Scorecard, support of existing production units, and integration of data science principles into process technology work. He is currently pursuing part-time an MSE in data science from the Univ. of Pennsylvania.
