Hsiang Yee Hoekstra, a senior research engineer at Southwest Research Institute (SwRI), has more than 10 years of experience in chemical process development and process engineering, ranging from hydroprocessing and distillation to pyrolysis. She has a proven track record of collaborating with industry leaders to provide innovative solutions to scale-up and process development challenges. At SwRI, she successfully leads multifunctional project teams that generate value-added chemical products for her clients, while producing critical process and analytical data to accelerate process development schedules.
