Chris Fay is a Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP) and Technical Director at Arup with over 20 years of experience in environmental planning and impact assessment. He has led complex infrastructure and energy projects across Australia, Southeast Asia, and North America, with a focus on regulatory approvals, ESG compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Chris is currently supporting the Equatic project in Canada鈥攁n innovative ocean-based carbon dioxide removal initiative鈥攚here he is advising on environmental permitting and Indigenous consultation strategy. His work bridges technical planning, climate innovation, and community considerations in the deployment of emerging technologies.
