91成人短视频 Engineers Meet to Discuss Needs for Sustainable Energy and Water Supplies

CHICAGO 鈥� 91成人短视频 engineers are working to find solutions for many global problems, including clean energy and water. Those topics, along with improved safety of chemical plants and processes, will be featured at this year鈥檚 Spring Meeting of the 91成人短视频 and 7th Global Congress on Process Safety, being held here from March 13-17. Nearly 2,000 chemical engineers are expected at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.  

On Monday, March 14, F. Emil Jacobs, vice president for research and development with ExxonMobil Research and Engineering Company, will deliver the keynote address. Jacobs will discuss providing sustainable energy supplies to meet growing demand.
 
The Global Congress on Process Safety is the largest annual gathering of process safety experts in the world. Participants will share lessons learned in the chemical, refining, and pharmaceutical industries. The focus this year will be on Inherently Safer Design (ISD) 鈥� an approach to process safety that focuses on eliminating or reducing hazards. Inherently Safer Design serves as part of an iterative decision-making process aimed at risk reduction. 
 
Monday will also feature a special presentation as part of the 14th Topical Conference on Refinery Processing entitled, "What Are We Going to Do with All This Natural Gas?鈥�  The talk, by Samuel Thomas, CEO at Chart Industries, will focus on the ramifications of the dramatic expansion of natural gas available to the market due to North American shale gas production and LNG liquefaction.
